Whenever water is present in the vehicle, it must be removed. During the winter, for example, before storing your e-Tuk, check carefully that no rainwater has accumulated on any surface. If there is, dry it completely before storing it.

Charge the battery
If you’re going to use your vehicle the next day, you’ll probably charge it overnight. However, if you are off work, going on holiday, or for some other reason not using the vehicle, make sure the battery is charged to a minimum of 40% before storing your e-Tuk.
Lithium batteries do not have a memory effect, so they do not need to be completely discharged before being recharged. The manufacturer also recommends keeping the charger plugged in as much as possible.

Every year (or every 12,500 km) you should take your tuk tuk to an authorized dealer to clean the engine and sensor, replace the front brake pads, check the rear brakes, replace the belts and adjust the parking brake, check the controller’s fault history, check and clean the wiring and renew the differential oil.
Every 2 years (or every 25,000 km), you should take your e-Tuk to an authorized dealer to have the engine splines greased, the front brake discs replaced, and the brake oil renewed.
